1. License Scope
Your organization receives a limited right to use OnSync for internal operational workflows under an active subscription or trial.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the service, nor attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.
3. Security and Abuse
The following are prohibited: credential sharing intended to bypass seat limits, automated scraping, malware, denial-of-service activity, security probing without authorization, and fraudulent transactions.
4. Data and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for lawfulness of uploaded content and ensuring your users do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
5. API and Integration Use
API, MCP, and integration access must comply with documented limits and authentication requirements. API tokens must not be shared outside your organization or used to give someone access their own account would not have. Excessive or abusive traffic, including from AI agents, may be throttled or blocked.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend affected users, organizations, or integrations when needed to protect the platform or other customers.
